Founded in 2008, Elk Point Enterprises came together to develop action based, service focused organizations that embolden the success of our clients. Because of the drastically changing economic climate the Principals of Elk Point Enterprises utilized their experience in business infrastructure development to support their community through assisting companies that were having difficulty maintaining and growing their businesses in areas that were not their expertise.
Although Coeur d’Alene is a self described “Resort Town” the facilities to support the community and its guests were severely lacking. The Principals of Elk Point Enterprises offered 6.5 acres of their property overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alene, Lake Fernan, Tubbs Hill, the City of Coeur d’Alene and the signature hole of the areas premier golf course to the community and its visitors for use as a private event facility. Finally, in order to preserve the natural, rural landscape that surrounds the community of Coeur d’Alene, the Principals of Elk Point Enterprises set aside 14 acres of property on Potlatch Hill. Selected logging still continues to be employed as alternative crops and farming methods are utilized by Elk Point Enterprises to protect this asset to the community. The Principals of Elk Point Enterprises continue to examine ways to refine the existing business units to better serve our clients and community, as well as plan ahead for future services.
